Pantene (P&G)
For the Pantene website redesign, the goal was to move beyond a product-centric catalog toward a topic-driven, editorial experience focused on hair care themes.
The challenge was to make sure women with different hair goals could find the right products quickly and easily
To validate the new navigation and content strategy, we ran a qualitative UX protocol:
> UX Testing in London with several users navigating a functional prototype
> Navigation & Utility Analysis: Tested if editorial sections supported or hindered product discovery
> Iterative Prototyping: Adapted the prototype with creative teams between sessions based on early feedback
Identified what matters most for each audience
Fixed the balance between content and ease of navigation

Through this user testing and iteration protocol, we checked whether the topic-driven structure actually helped users find products and refined what was not working.
The client was able to make a clear decision on the best route for their website redesign in the UK.
